Brookstone Gumball Machine fix

This part is to fix an issue with the Brookstone gumball machine / candy dispenser where the gear for the auger (which moves the candy out at the bottom) won't stay down. When this happens, the gear misses and won't dispense candy well.

This fix basically ensures that the gear/auger stays down while rotating.
