My broom's handle broke, and the retail end cap too. It is a thin metal pipe with Ø 25mm. So instead of gaffa tape, I decided to make this cap in Tinkercad to cover the sharp end of the handle. I chose PETG since it's a bit more flexible and sturdy than PLA. I think maybe TPU is a good choice as material for this. If your pipe or handle has another size, just resize it as you like. Might need a remix if you want a screw hole thru it or a brace of some sort if you want to hang it on a wall. Just used some superglue to attach it to the end of the metal pipe handle.
