Broom screw insert

This is a model for a conical screw insert for broom heads or garbage dustpans. The conical screw is designed for typical italian brooms, and the model is designed to fit an M6 screw (60mm or more), M6 nut and M6 washer (14mm diameter). The insert diameter is 18.6mm, and can expand up to around 20mm when tightening the screw. Print separating the two pieces and laying them on the circular flat side, as in the attached 3mf. There are small sacrificial bridges built in the design, so you can just print without supports. I've printed mine with Bambu lab TPU for AMS, but I guess a lot of materials would work. If you print with a material/plate combination that has poor adhesion, add a brim. I suggest using 100% infill as in the provided profile, but if you print with a flexible material you could consider using a smaller infill in the insert to increase the expansion range.
