Bruder CAT teleloader

Apart from the log cylinder the parts can be printed together using support everywhere, I didn't use a brim or a raft on either the Prusa Mk3 or the MP Mini Delta. The long cylinder should be printed separately without supports - as it will try and put something inside which will foul the lead screw, is not needed and very hard to get out.
