Here is the Bruiser230, 230mm/6" quadcopter frame.
This design was made with replaceable arms and braces to make it easier to swap out the arms instead of the whole frame. Swapping the arms can be done without removing the canopy so as not to interfere with the electronics; just loosen the arm screws and replace the arm.
Supports 30x30 or 20x20 mounting patterns.
Supports 16x16 or 19x19 motor mounting patterns.
The frame, canopy, and screws together weigh around ~100g

I used this test to adjust the final version and increase strength of the arm joints, as well as adding side braces. With these changes it should hold
