This is a mount for a brushless motor, designed to be mounted with screws and nuts (M4). It's very solid, and, as I have tested, doesn't shake when used correctly. Brushless motor is supposed to be mounted in front, with 4 M3 screws.

Disclaimer: You may need to heat up the nuts in order to fit them well in their places.
