I'm using those rails for the moving sledge on my BS300e.
Assuming BS250, BS300 and BS350 have roughly the same rails in the table those rails can be used on all models.
I'm usually printing with PETG for durability - small drill holes are a pain here for me. Therefore my first layer is usually without holes; to screw the rail to the sledge you need to drill through the hole and fit to your screws.
I'm also using spray silicon in the rails on the table for smooth gliding.
Length is 20cm; holes have a diameter of 2mm.
