BT-60 AV Bay

This is an all in one 3D printable AV bay to fit Estes BT-60 Tubing.

The main body of the AV Bay is designed with both bulkheads built in and mounting posts for a Eggtimer Quark Duel Deploy altimeter, this enables easy wiring of ejection charges straight to the altimeter. The bulkheads are then sealed with M3 well nuts which also provide strain relief on the igniter wires.

The lid of AV bay contains a 2.5mm power jack used as a switch and a slot to hold a 1 Cell 250mAh LIPO.

The two halves are held together buy a piece of M4 threaded rod running through the centre of the AV bay for structural integrity and then secured with a M4 eyebolt ether end.

This design has been successfully test flown.
