BT-80 Ejection Baffle Templates

These STLs are to be used as templates for making your own ejection baffle plates using balsa or plywood in conjunction with a tubing coupler. They are design to fit Estes BT-80 tubing.

One side of the plates contains a 7.00mm hole in the center to allow the use of a 1/4" (6.35mm) bolt eye for securing the parachute and shock cord.

There are five STLs with two choices for one end of the baffle and two choices for the other end. The other is a coupler tube that is about two inches (50.8mm) in length.
