I got a cupholder-insert for Christmas, so designed a couple of insets to house:
16x2 LCD color backlit char display
tactile pushbutton harvested from an old logitech mouse, behind a pliable-hinge on the top panel
Contrast/Charging/Powerswitch on the lower insert
