Buckle Cap 4mm Thick

The user “swatson” created this clip for the back of a cap to replace the buckle. The unit for me was too thin and hard to get the fabric loop through. I remodeled the design, with a wider insertion gap in the middle and 4mm height. My P1S with the 0.4mm nozzle and eSUN PLA+ using inside solid print made this buckle replacement pretty sturdy. I did add a brim for the print as such a small unit can easily bend away from the plate. Worked out well and let me know how it did go for you replacing the little snap.
