Status: BETA - Use with care!
The "prototype" is running for about 1000h till now.
Z-Axis-Ball-bearing failed and needed replacement at ~400h (50ct)
Belt needed to be replaced at ~ 700h (~15€)
Added fans to run motors at full current (~10€)
Ballbearings needed readjustement at ~400h

I'm using 120x100cm rails(Y/X). More than 120cm per rail might need some reinforcements!
Uses NEMA23 Steppers @ 36V
Working Speed: up to 4000mm/min
Moving Speed: 6000mm/min
Spindle: Kress 1050 FME
Capable of dealing with Aluminum - Prescision ~0.07mm (0.2mm cutting depth // 0.1mm sideways)
BOM:
Rails from http://www.cnc-discount.de // can be sourced from aliexpress as well
Stepper: 3x Nema23, 3A

(Note: Stepper, Driver, Powersupply as kit: ~ 190€)
