CNC-Axis. Customizable- configure any size you need.
With about 13 cm moving distance, made out of POM the BOM is about 50-60€
BOM
- POM-Plastic or Aluminum for the Base (15mm thickness)
- threaded rod (12mm or thicker)
- Spindle-Nut (buy one, or 3D-Print the one attached; PLA works fine.)
- Screws (~20x M6)
- Bearings (4x Teflon coated press-fit bearings; inner dia: 14mm, outer dia: 16mm)
Optional:
- NEMA23 Stepper Motor
- coupling Nut between stepper and threaded rod ( 3D-print it, or use spider-coupling)
- Euro-coupling for Spindle (43 mm center-hole; Use Aluminum!)
