I didn't want to re-design a new plunger for this gun so I designed a replacement sear catch for a Bug-A Salt gun. This replaces the original sear catch if the catch breaks. There are two 3D printed pieces that sandwich the plunger stem. The old sear catch is cut off and the new pieces sandwiches the air plunger stem and creates a new catch.

NOTE 2: The triangle support ridges MUST be taken down from 3.75mm to approximately 1.5mm (see pic) on each side of the "I" beam in order for the new sear catch to fit. This requires an amount of hand work and fitting in order for the new catch to fit OR, you can remove them entirely but correct alignment might be more challenging.
