Build Plate Silk "Scraper"

WHAT IS THIS? This is your helping tool to take your printed parts off the build plate.Don't risk damaging the plate with metallic scrapers. This “scraper” uses a silk thread to separate the print from the plate.The silk is very tough but is also VERY gentle on your plate. HOW TO USE Simply insert the silk thread below a corner of the part and use the tool handles to pull apart it.You MUST apply the force in parallel form to the plate. Simple and cheap but very effective. NOTES I used silk fishing line thread to make my tool.You can use silk, dental floss or regular nylon fishing line. Use a thin one.I highly prefer the silk.
