Bullitt Sidepanel Brackets

The brackets are made for custom made sidepanels to mount on a Larry vs. Harry Bullitt Bike.

Printing orientation is important for maximum strength.

I printed these with Formfutura ApolloX ASA filament at 240°C nozzle, 115°C bed at 30mm, infill 30% with two walls and one inner infill wall to have a thick shell. Wall wide at 0.76mm with a 0.6mm nozzle. Layer height is 0.24mm.

"Frame Insert Tight Fit for M8" is for the bottom holders and need an M8 thread applied.
"Bottom Holder" is needed twice for mounting the panels at the bottom frame insers
"Front/Back Holder" are the brackets for front/back mounting with M6 screw and washers

Screws needed are M6 and M8, i use DIN7380-1 here. Washers are DIN7349 6.4x17 for M6 and DIN125 8.4x16 for M8.
