Bulthaup sectional shutter gear

A gear meant as a replacement for the sectional shutter gear made by Bulthaup. I've printed two of these with black ASA, but I think PETG would work fine as well. The original material is some kind of hard plastic that turned brittle and rubbery at the same time after years of use.
