This Front Bumper was designed in CATIA V5 using the Automotive Plastic Domain workflow, starting from the given Class-A surface and developing Class-B and Class-C surfaces to achieve a closed solid body. A tooling axis was created based on draft requirements, and a parting line was defined to ensure mold feasibility. The model was validated using draft analysis to confirm manufacturability with proper wall thickness, draft angles, and smooth surface transitions. This project highlights my skills in A-B-C surface modeling, draft analysis, parting line development, and plastic product design standards, demonstrating my strong knowledge of automotive plastic trim design and ability to deliver tooling-feasible components. 🔹 Design Considerations Uniform wall thickness for manufacturability. Draft angles applied as per plastic design standards. Proper surface transitions for styling accuracy. Engineering feasibility for automotive bumper design. 🔹 Skills Demonstrated A, B, and C Surface Modeling Draft Analysis & Tooling Axis Creation Parting Line Development Plastic Product Design Standards CATIA V5 (GSD & Part Design Workbench)
