I present to your attention the wooden printer Pinocchio from chipboard
This project was started at the beginning of 2020, but unfortunately it was never completed due to lack of time. Therefore, it was decided to post it in its current form. Perhaps this will be useful to someone.
Corexy whose belts are located at the same level in the working area, which eliminates the twisting of the portal X. A twisted belt that is designed for this feels great, unlike a twisted portal. Fiberglass cord perfectly tolerate twisting. :) Belts do not touch each other. In addition, this arrangement allows you to assemble an idex or corexyuv system.
Portal Z uses SG20 bearings and an 8mm shaft. Table frame made of square aluminum tube 20*20. In the future, it is planned to use a pair of shafts and 4 bearings on each side, although in this configuration there is enough rigidity.
Housing made of chipboard 16mm. Pinocchio from chipboard, easily tolerated dry apartment climate (in my case 25 ° C and 33
