Printed as a repair for the Chicago Electric 3 ¼ in planer from Harbor freight tools. The left site of the roller with the cuter is on bushing and gets used up pretty fast. I modeled this to fix the problem once and for all and fitted the same part but with a 609 bearing so that it never happens again. The shaft of the roller on the tool need to be sanded from 9.2mm to about 9mm to fit the bearing properly. The tool itself also need to be modified so that the hole to accommodate the bearing is bigger. ( I used metal files to do this) You could also just upgrade your planer before it is to late :)Print it with 4 walls and at least 50% infill. The model needs support. PETG or ABS works fine for this project.
