Bushing secured by nut

The main part is cut in the middle (0.01 space) so you can install these without need to put cables out of the hole. Thread is without any tolerance but it can be put on and tightened because the nut is flexible due to cut. During fastening, push the nut at the side created by the cut. Don't grab it around the nut because you will make the nut smaller which will cause higher friction.
