Some gears that i generated from Solidworks Toolbox, both mesh together (as they're designed to!) well, with one twice the size of the other.
At some point i'll add another gear that is just the larger one with a handle as my kid is having trouble rotating them as they are at the minute.
Small countersink to accomodate a wood screw head, not sure what i used... just what was laying around. Lubricated the gears a tiny bit with some silicone spray and wiped off the excess once they were spinning freely.
