EN 10253-4 Butt Weld Elbow Cutting Adapter This adapter is designed to help you accurately cut EN 10253-4 butt weld elbows on a standard band saw. Available Sizes: 50.0 mm 60.3 mm 70.0 mm 76.1 mm How to Use: Insert the pipe into the correct size adapter. Place the holding item to set the desired cutting angle. Secure the adapter in the band saw and make the cut. Assembly & Hardware: 2x Ø8mm rods are required to act as linear guides. 1x Ø8mm rod can be added as an optional stiffener. Important Note: The required length of the rods depends on the specific adapter size you print. You will need to measure and cut the rods to fit your adapter. Print Notes & Compatibility: Please note that this adapter is designed only for EN 10253-4 standard elbows. All parts have been printed and tested. Printing with variable layer height is recommended and works perfectly.
