Final version of my butterfly knife; use filament as joints; to secure the filament, I used a lighter to heat it up and smoothed it down with a bed scraper, this way you don't stick the entire blade. Super glue also works, but make sure it doesn't get to the blade, or it will be ruined. The supports are moderately difficult to remove, but with some needle nose pliers it isn't bad. Some sanding will help, but it will work without it.
