This is a pretty specialized item :)
I have a Thermador Down Draft in my kitchen, part number CVS36RS/01. It has a switch, part number 00189968. This switch basically melted inside and so the unit would cycle up and down continuously.
The new switch is stupidly expensive - around $100. It's basically a $2 part. I searched online and found a "close enough" switch from the same manufacturer: Judco 40-4169-00
I picked up that switch from Digi-Key (2 for less than $7), and the only problem is that it doesn't work with the old push button insert. This part solves that problem :)
