C - Beam 20/80

This is a C-Beam in 20/80 Style which is becoming more popular for building 3d printers…

I built it using a Spec Sheet but left the rebated 60Deg edges off the channel because the walls are only 1.8mm thick already--- it’s pretty bloody close to what you will get if you buy the real stuff,,,, and it's actually pretty tough

Print a piece out before you pay $55 meter to make sure it’s what you’re looking for,,,,,, the 10mm thick piece can be made longer by just use the Z scale in Slic3r – and there’s a 10cm length STL in the download as well as the SketchUp file…
