C-CLAMP

A C-CLAMP is a clamping device shaped like the letter "C" used to hold objects tightly together. The FRAME is the rigid C-shaped body, typically made from cast iron or steel for high strength. The SCREW is a threaded rod inserted into the frame, allowing adjustable tightening. The SWIVEL PAD at the screw’s end evenly distributes pressure on the workpiece. The HANDLE is a T-bar or sliding pin used to rotate the screw and apply clamping force.
