A C-Stand style head for Neewer style light stands with a 16mm diameter and 19mm diameter telescoping poles. Through holes are sized for the 16mm head in the stand and a 1/4" for holding flags. 3/4" bolt and nut are used to hold together. 6mm ball bearings are used in the bearing track and rack. 3mm hardware used to hold clamp handle.
