C270 HD Arm

Inspired by [Choffa's design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2530613) which fit perfectly between 2 screwholes inside my Ikea Stuva cabinet, but the arm was too small for the C270HD, I took [DigChaos' C270HD bracket](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2797053) and smashed them together in TinkerCad to create one part that worked with both.
