Modification to the Jesse_M calves. The side profile is 43mm wider at the ankle. This allows the leg to fit over the feet more loosely. It can also reduce the contrast between the top calf and the ankle, making an illusion that the calf looks less bulgy at the top.

Sequel trilogy suit seems to look pretty proportionally similar, so I would think it isn't necessarily inaccurate to have it like this.
