Here is the reverse-engineered model of the C5 Corvette front Upper Control Arm (UCA). This is the third part of my C5 suspension project. Like the previous models, it was built using 3D scan data as a reference to ensure the correct stock geometry. Key features: Accurate Hard Points: Frame bushing locations (trunnions) and ball joint housing match the scan data perfectly. Clean Geometry: The original cast surface imperfections have been replaced with smooth, parametric geometry (lofted sections with proper fillets), making this ideal for kinematic studies or CNC design. Ready for Assembly: Designed to fit perfectly with the stock subframe and knuckle. Files included: STEP (Great for any CAD software) Credits: Huge thanks to Sean Kile for providing the original scan data. DISCLAIMER: This model is for educational and rendering purposes only.
