2 and 3 MUST have supports and brim. I would recommend brimming the supports as well. It's a tall/skinny piece with a lot of threads. So you REALLY don't want it to wiggle around during printing.

8 and 9 need supports. Preferably high % support density or you'll have to file the supported side to get a smooth fit into the Base.

All Gears (8, 9, 10, & 11) should get either 100% infill OR 4-6 walls, and whatever infill you want, as well as all external threads, being Rails, Frame Press, and Knob (2, 3, 6 & 7).
Everything else can get lower infill
