These are simple cable clips to hold your cables wires.
I use them for my home renovation in order to hold electrical wires (_U1000R2V 3X2,5 mm² and U1000R2V 3x1,5 mm² types_), but you can also use them for bunch of different cables.
I include the FreeCAD file so you can easily customize to your own cables by only editing the parameter sheet (see screenshot).
The only 2 value to change are :
- *inner diameter* - that corresponds to the external diameter of your cable
- *number of clamp* - if you want to print a rack of several clamps to do a parallel routing of several cables.
Diameter values for U1000R2V 3X2,5 mm² , U1000R2V 3x1,5 mm² and Ethernet cables are provided in the parameter spreadsheet
_Note :_
- if you print a bar of several clips, you can easily split them after printing
- after changing parameter, you may need to click on "recompute object" to apply new parameter to the #D model
I used PLA but other non flexible materials should do
