Most of the wire management objects I saw only allowed motion up and down. If you needed to make a turn, the part had to be stressed to make the turn. This incorporates a hollow axel between two sides of the traditional wire management piece. This allows it to turn not only up and down, but right, left, or any angle in between.

Resize in Cura to whatever size you need.
