Cable Passthrough Half Back w/ Tie Wrap

I needed a passthrough for low voltage cables, but behind my low voltage box, about half the space was blocked off. So I made this remix that only has half the back sheath. Also added a little wrap to hold a string (I keep a string wrapped up there in case I need to fish more cables)
