Cable Protector for H2D / H2S

This is a small, precision-fit insert designed to prevent gouging and premature wear on the cable in the Bambu Lab H2D and H2S cable chain systems. After noticing cable damage at around 400 print hours, I designed this part as a simple drop-in solution to shield the cable from rubbing against sharp chain edges. Installation Notes:⚠️ You will need to remove the first link of the cable chain to install this insert.The fit is intentionally snug to stay securely in place — installation may be a bit tight, but no glue or fasteners are needed.Once installed, it provides a protective barrier between the cable and chain housing.Recommended Material:PETG or ABS for better wear and temperature resistance.
