Same thing (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5426249) from ready4render, but to print it in two pieces to have a better finish inside the spool.

Just print this thing twice and connect them. It will be a tight fit and you don't need glue or anything. You still need supports to have a better finish on the outer side of the spool -you can try without but you won't get a nice result imo.
