This is a cable organizer, for wires in my DIY Shop.
When I need a specific color of wire, it was a big pain so I decided to solve the issue. (also I hate the tangled wires...) My aim was to create an easy print, no support, but a strong design, which has no limits. So it's easy to scale to your needs.
So the drums are snap-fit together, and easy to print (also identical, so you don`t have to worry about which part fits the other) Also the end cap is designed in this way too. It snaps to a PVC tube and holds strong, but can be unfit if you have to.
I`m living in a metric world but uploaded the Fusion360 files if you have imperial tubes or wish to change anything. I used DN15 PVC-U pipe, which is strong to support this weight. Also, I tested all 8 drums on the pipe no problem.
Later on I will add a wall mount too, but until then it sits on my workbench.
I hope you guys enjoy this.
I printed this with PLA.
