Cable Tension Spacer

This was originally made as a spacer to apply tension to a stretched bonnet (hood) release cable, instead of replacing the whole thing. It works really well, and just requires some glue, of any sort to keep it firmly in place. This is also suitable for any cable which is of similar design to bicycle brake cables.

Spacer 1 is 6 mm in length
Spacer 2 is 8 mm in length

Also attached is the CAD file so it can be easily adapted to suit the length required.

If anyone wants me to edit the length for them, just drop me a message and I will be happy to do so.

This spacer can be printed in less than 10 minutes.
