I like re-usable cable ties and thought why not realizing it with flexible Filament. This result turned out to be able to have even a bit of the satisfying click when zipping tight..

I started wtih 0.6mm nozzle/ 0.4 layer hight perimeter in mind (fast @ larger scale), so the base construction is kind of bold. Scaling for 0.4 nozzle is 2/3, tried that and it printed great (the transparent version). So I uploaded bo
