cable tie glue pad

hi folks,

just required a thing to attach cables with a tie wrap close to a surface.
the thing can be glued (or with 2 sided adhesive tape) to a surface and act as a stronghold for a cable tie (trough the holes) and nicely fit a bunch of cables close to a surface.

The bottom looks rough ans that is on purpose to gain a bigger contact surface for the adhesive.
If that is undesired just lower the object by 0.75 mm and you will get a smooth surface.

by the way, I'll better had a look before, as there are several better designs already :-)
