I needed a custom solution for a lighting fixture for this room. So, with some cable and a 3D printer, I designed this applique to bring out the cable from the wall elegantly.The hole is for a 5mm screw threaded insert.The cover is just an aluminium sheet, cutted in a circular shape, spray-painted and with a 5mm screw glued on the centre.
