I couldn't find a cable organizer I liked. The first 2 I printed broke tabs immediately.

This design used loose clips that must be assembled to the base after printing. This allows the clip to be printed horizontally, maximizing flex in the tabs.

Not the simplest design, but, I think it will be more robust long-term.

I printed the clips separately, with supports to the base. The side of the clip has a notch to allow the cable to cross through, creating a very small island for the first 8-10 layers. My first attempt without support failed. I think when the fan kicked on around layer 3 it cooled around the small piece and separated it from the build plate.

Just designed a 150 mm length to fit by current need. Internal dimension 22.5 mm wide by 18 mm tall.
