This is a template for cutting (nearly) perfectly circular cake pan liners out of grease-proof/non-stick baking paper.
To print a template to suit your circular cake pan you will need to change the scale of the object in your slicer program.
- Measure your circular cake pan diameter in centimetres (1 inch = 2.5cm)
- Multiply the diameter measurement by 10x.
- The resulting number is how many percent to scale the object's size. For example, if you had a 22cm pan, you would scale at 220%
- You may like to write the diameter onto the finished print with a permanent marker for reference.
To use the template:
- Tear a square of baking paper from the roll.
- Fold the paper three times to form a 45 degree angle
- Place the template into the triangular tip and cut around the curved side.
- Unfold the paper and place into the base of the cake tin.
