Nicely working dynamic strether for calves, don't do too much at beginning. Stepping on closer to front gives less strech, pumping will also help to get rid of lactose acids.

This is 80mm wide, scale if your foot is wide. Used 2mm on sides (print on side) and 4mm on outer layer. One can also walk in place with these, if you have 2 pcs. PETG gives nice shine, and can be washed with dishwasher. PLA wears out if you use shoes and needs more infill but works also, ABS is difficult as it tends to lift.
