Calibration - Dimension Block I created this simple block as a visual guide to metric dimensions. I'm old, and so I grew up on the Imperial (US Customary) System as opposed to metric. So I can eyeball pretty much anything to the 1/16th, but struggle a bit with Metric. This model gives me a visual representation of the dimensions I'm considering for modeling. BUT, I printed the first ones and immeadiately noticed differences in dimensional accuracy across all three (3) planes. For instance, my P1S prints a vertical 10mm block, at anywhere from 10mm to 10.12mm. A horizontal 10mm block at 9.92mm to 9.99mm. Both measurements also vary per material type. Additionally a 1 mm hole is nowhere near as accurate as a 1mm peg. And lastly, the blocks showed me I need to adjust my retraction speeds, and/or lower my temps. Overall, a really useful tool. I hope it helps you. The Calibration - Dimension Block measures 30mm W x 100mm L x 20mm T. It has walls, steps, holes and pegs measuring from
