This calibration tool is designed to ensure a perfect fit for standard neodymium magnets of 10 by 2 millimeters. It features precise incremental adjustments, with diameters ranging from 10 to 10.5 millimeters, and depths from 5 to 5.5 millimeters. This allows you to test and refine your tolerances, ensuring each magnet fits snugly and securely in your final design. This is a 60 by 5 by 10 millimeter calibration panel, designed to help you fine-tune fits. Along its sides, you’ll find gaps ranging from 0 to 5.5 millimeters, and along the depth, from 10 to 10.5 millimeters. Additionally, there’s a section for holes, starting at 5 by 10 millimeters and expanding up to 5.4 by 10.4 millimeters, allowing you to test exactly where the perfect fit lies. I’ve created a circular 10 by 2 test piece that simulates the magnet slot but is actually plastic. Alongside, I’ve made a small rectangular block, 10 by 5 by 5, to check the height—seeing how it fits and if it protrudes slightly. These test tool
