With the OpenSCAD file you can create you own calibration object the easy way.
Just enter the X and Y length, the wall height and the wall thickness into the OpenSCAD File like you want.

One Example for calibration (that´s how i did it.. maybe not the right way ;-))
1. Open SCAD-File and enter the nozzle diamenter as wall thickness. Then compile and render and export as STL
2. With your Slicer Software (for example Kisslicer) set the extrusion width to your nozzle diameter (for example 0.35). Use as flow tweak 1.0
3. Print the object and measure the wall thickness (best at the last few layers, because the first layer was squeezed a bit more.. so it´s thicker then the rest)
4. Now calculate your Flow Tweakness by dividing set extrusion width with real width
-> For example:
extrusion width: 0.35 mm
real measured widh: 0.25 mm
= 0.35 mm / 0.25 mm = 1.4
-> So enter as new Flow Tweak the factor 1.4
