Caliburn Composite Air System

Full set of composite (hard and soft material) air system internals for use with 1/2" brass Ram pushers/bolts.

ALL PARTS other than the hybrid plunger cup must be printed with TPU or comparable flex filaments.

Composite plunger cup utilizes a TPU or similar flex filament plunger head that snaps onto a hard polymer (ABS, PLA, etc.) plunger cup.

The soft plunger head reduces impact shock and creates a flexible O ring seal (Danco #43 O-ring) for optimal air seal.

NOTE: design uses a deep channel to accommodate the heavier, 1/8" wall o-rings. Standard Caliburn kit 3/32" o-rings will not seal optimally without liberal amounts of silicone grease (easier to buy the #43 rings).

Optimal when combined with the redesigned TPU two part Ram base, 1/2" brass Ram bolt and matching TPU bolt tip. Uses standard 4-40 hardware, but can accommodate 6-32 hardware for a tighter, more secure grip.
