Please check the attached image to see if it resembles your caliper slot.
The wires are obtained from a FTP cable, the copper section has ~0.5 mm diameter.
The parts have a tolerance of 0.4 mm. If they fit too loose, try increasing the extrusion factor.
I recommend printing at 15 mm/s, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, 50% infill.
